Jean-Marc Klopfenstein is an accomplished Data Transformation Leader directing enterprise-wide and cross-industry data initiatives,
He has designed and implemented global strategies for product lifecycle management (PLM, PIM and PxM) and Master Data Management (MDM), defined and transformed end-to-end and cross-functional processes (e.g. New Product Development).
He has also chaired Industry boards (e.g. GS1 board) and developed reliable data industry standards
To succeed in data driven initiatives, and deliver short and long-term business value, he believes in importance of cross-functional, collaborative and high-performing teams, and always advocates for cultural evolution and continuous improvement toward excellence.
